Twilight’s Edge is a Sci-fi First-person shooter set in the Arctic Circle where you must time travel between the past and present to prevent the activation of a WMD that brings the world into a second Ice Age.
As Producer I:
Lead a team of 13 over a period of 3 months to create Twilight’s Edge.
Defined and changed project scope in accordance with our budget with the help of team collaboration.
Controlled development progress through meetings, HacknPlan & Agile software
Handled documentation such as:Team Member Contribution Chart, Production Backlog, Gantt Chart, Burndown Chart, Team Contract, Art Style Guide, and Game Design Document
