• Contributed to the creation of ItemLabel’s unique brand voice, ensuring it was consistently reflected across social media platforms. Focused on crafting messaging that resonated with our target audience and helped establish a memorable identity that differentiated the brand in a crowded market.
• Spearheaded the creation of content and product strategies that directly aligned with the brand's creative vision. Developed original, fan-focused products and media that increased both fan engagement and revenue, all while staying true to the brand's identity.
• Played a central role in cultivating and maintaining a loyal, engaged online fan community. Utilized social media platforms to foster meaningful connections and interactions, ensuring that fans felt heard and valued, which strengthened long-term brand loyalty.
• Worked closely with internal teams including design, marketing, and production, as well as external partners to ensure all content, campaigns, and product releases were seamlessly aligned with the brand’s overarching goals and creative direction.
• Grew Youtube and Tiktok audiences to 100k+ each, Instagram to 50k+, Twitter to 35k+, and Discord to 25k+, translating fan engagement into actionable insights for strategy refinement.

In this role, I combined creative vision, strategic planning, and community engagement to build ItemLabel’s identity from scratch. By unifying content, products, campaigns, and fan interactions under a consistent brand voice, I drove measurable audience growth, strengthened brand presence across multiple platforms, and established a scalable framework for storytelling, engagement, and brand expansion.
